Terms and Conditions of MZone Group Web Hosting Services:

Acceptance of Terms:
By signing up for or using the web hosting services provided by MZone Group, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern the relationship between MZone Group and its customers and apply to all aspects of the web hosting services provided.

Account Setup:
To establish an account with MZone Group, you must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including usernames and passwords. You agree to notify MZone Group immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Service Usage:
The web hosting services provided by MZone Group are intended for lawful purposes only. You agree not to use the services for any activities that violate local, state, national, or international laws or regulations. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, transmitting or storing any content that is unlawful, harmful, defamatory, abusive, or infringing upon the rights of others.

Resource Usage:
MZone Group offers shared hosting plans with specified resource allocations. Excessive use of server resources, including but not limited to CPU, memory, and bandwidth, that adversely impacts other users may result in corrective actions, such as suspension or termination of the account. MZone Group reserves the right to determine what constitutes excessive resource usage.

Payment and Billing:
You agree to pay all fees associated with your web hosting services as outlined in the selected plan or agreed upon in a custom arrangement. Payment must be made in a timely manner, and failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of your account. MZone Group reserves the right to modify pricing and billing terms with prior notice.

Data Backup:
While MZone Group may provide periodic backups of customer data, it is ultimately the responsibility of the customer to maintain their own data backups. MZone Group shall not be liable for any data loss or damages resulting from the use of its services.

Security:
MZone Group takes reasonable measures to ensure the security of its servers and customer data. However, customers are responsible for maintaining the security of their own accounts, including passwords, access credentials, and website applications. Any unauthorized access or breaches should be reported immediately to MZone Group.

Termination:
Either party may terminate the web hosting services provided by MZone Group at any time, for any reason, with or without cause. In the event of termination, MZone Group will provide a prorated refund for any prepaid but unused services, unless termination is due to a violation of these terms and conditions.

Limitation of Liability:
MZone Group shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of the use or inability to use its web hosting services. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of data, loss of business, or interruption of services.

Modifications:
MZone Group reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the customer's responsibility to review these terms periodically and comply with any changes.

By using MZone Group's web hosting services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.
